Uniforms: All uniforms are provided by the school and will be distributed by team coaches. Uniforms should be taken care of and returned to coaches upon the completion of the season.
Calendars: Can be viewed on website. Coaches will send weekly email updates with more detailed information.
Practice locations/Travel off-campus: Transportation is not provided for off-campus practices/games. We rely on parent and family assistance in car-pooling. Coaches will provide all teams with information on practice locations.
Spirit wear: link for “general” Lincoln gear is provided on the new website under the SPIRIT WEAR link. “Sport-specific” gear will be sent to families by coaches once rosters are established.
Early release process: Should early release from class be required to attend away games, Head Coaches will email families with the release time. Parent must pick-up student-athletes at the front desk to check-out for the day. If student-athletes are not checked out they will receive an un-excused absence.
Athletic Gear/Equipment: Student-athletes are allowed to keep their after-school sport equipment and clothes in the locker rooms in the gym. We have new lockers in the locker rooms, but they are open to high schoolers only. Space is limited so we suggest bringing the bare minimum. Locker room doors are locked during the school day.
Academic expectations: Academics are your student-athlete’s priority. If any student-athlete receives an F (during the Deficiency Notices period or at Quarter, Semester) they are automatically suspended from participating in their sport for a one-week period. During that week student-athletes will be given the opportunity to improve their grade(s). If the grade is improved (verified by teacher evaluation form) the SA may re-join their team. If the grade does not improve, the SA is given the opportunity to repeat the process until the grade improves.
